Job Vacancy: Construction Helper (General Laborer)

Job Overview
We are hiring strong and reliable Construction Helpers to support our building projects in Dubai. You will be assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the construction site remains clean and safe. This is an excellent opportunity for hardworking individuals looking for stable employment abroad.

Key Responsibilities
Load and unload construction materials (cement, bricks, steel, wood).

Mix concrete, cement, and mortar as directed.

Dig trenches, compact earth, and level ground surfaces.

Assist masons, carpenters, and other skilled workers with their daily tasks.

Clean the construction site and remove hazardous materials/debris.

Operate basic hand tools and construction machinery (if trained).

Strictly follow safety protocols and wear protective gear (PPE) at all times.

Requirements
Physical strength and stamina (ability to lift heavy loads and work in hot weather).

Previous experience in construction is a plus, but not mandatory.

Willingness to follow instructions and work as a team.

Hardworking and disciplined attitude.

Valid Passport.
